At the 2025 Symposium on Innovation Achievements in Digital Integration for Engineering Project Management, hosted by the China Construction Industry Association (CCIA), L&K stood out among numerous outstanding entries nationwide with its innovation work, “Digitally Reshaping Traditional Project Management: An Integrated Digital Management Application for a 12-inch Wafer Fab Cleanroom Project,” winning First Prize at the 2025 Digital Engineering Project Management Competition (Data Integration Application)!
The award-winning project is built on L&K’s in-house Engineering Cloud platform. By embedding it into the OA office system for unified single sign-on and deeply integrating it with the company’s SAP ERP, the platform delivers end-to-end digitalization across the full project management workflow, covering core modules such as labor management, materials and equipment management, safety and environmental monitoring, schedule and contract compliance, technical quality management, and commercial cost management. By reengineering the traditional management model through digital technology, it has achieved standardized management, institutionalized standards, process-driven systems, data-driven processes, data visualization, platform integration, and automated reporting—completely doing away with the drawbacks of paper-based management. It enables management requirements at both the corporate and project-department levels to roll out more precisely and execute more efficiently, embodying L&K’s mission-driven, deliver-no-matter-what execution.

Digital management has effectively cracked the “black box” problem in project management, substantially improving team collaboration efficiency, tightly controlling cost waste, and reinforcing risk control. In the end, the project not only fully delivered everything stipulated in the contract, but also helped the client bring forward the production-equipment move-in by a full month—honoring its delivery commitment through digital strength. Corporate executives can likewise use the platform for all-dimensional, real-time project monitoring, with key data on safety, quality, cost, and resources visible in real time and controllable at a single click—truly realizing the innovative “corporate-led project management” model.
