Yangzhou Liansheng and Lianya Electromechanical General Contracting Project (including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, GMP certification) undertaken by L&K Engineering (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is located in Yangzhou Hi-tech Zone Biological Health Industrial Park. The project is a biological pharmaceutical factory for monoclonal antibody and protein drugs for human use, which is equipped with 50L, 200L*2, 500L and 2000L as well as the filling and canning line. Its building area is about 23,000m2, including a clean room with an area of about 7,200m2.
 

There is N4no trifles in safe and civilized construction. The project department is committed to strengthening the personal and team safety awareness of managers and operators through "tertiary education", "tertiary disclosure", "three-protection thoughts", "daily pre-construction toolbox meeting" and so on.
 

Before construction, it was required to make comprehensive and effective identification of hazard sources, plan and take safety protection measures, eliminate potential safety dangers from the root, and put an end to fluke psychology and unsafe behaviors. Besides, everyone abided by the company's requirement that everyone is a safety officer in the construction, and the company's environment, safety and health management work was carried out through the company's E-management platform.
 

The standard site layout, strict construction requirements, neat work site and complete safety facilities lay a foundation for “strict control, standardized operation, timely rectification, real-time identification and elimination of potential dangers” and the realization of safety production without incident. Thus, the project was affirmed and praised by the owner and won the certificate of honor of “realizing the goal of safety production without incident” awarded by the owner.
